Matcha Shaved Ice 抹茶かき氷

Everyday so hot in Japan.

I have no energy and feel sleepy..., but I have to study Japanese Green Tea Instructor. zzz..

For this case, Matcha is the best! It has a lot of caffeine. I made a cold one by myself at home. Very nice :)

日本茶インストラクターの勉強が進まない。

こんな時は抹茶だ！と思い立ち、冷抹茶を点てました。抹茶はカフェインが多いんですよね。

Speaking of Hot & Matcha, I will introduce Matcha Shaved Ice I tried last month. This is by Uogashi Meicha cafe at Tsukiji.

抹茶&暑いと言えば、先月美味しい抹茶かき氷を見つけたので紹介します^ ^！お茶に目覚めてからちょくちょくおじゃましている「茶の実倶楽部」さんのものです。

Look at this deep green colour! What a rich Matcha syrup! Natural sweetness with a little bitterness, and refreshing aftertaste... this is what my instructor text defines "Good Tea".

抹茶シロップが濃厚で、自然な甘みにちょっと苦味が加わって爽快感ある後味・・・ってこれ日本茶インストラクターのテキストに出てきた『いいお茶』の様です。

I mixed shaved ice with Matcha ice cream hiding inside and enjoyed mild taste for the second half. They served hot Houji-cha (roasted tea) after the shaved ice. This has also refreshing aftertaste. What a pleasant sweets...

中に抹茶アイスが入っていて、後半は違う味が楽しめるし、お口直しのほうじ茶もいつもお店で煎茶として出しているものを炒っているそうで、後味はこちらも爽快感ありました。

This is definitely one of the best Matcha Shaved Ice in Japan! I want to go again.

これは間違いなくベスト抹茶かき氷の一つです！また行きたいです。
